Deepak Balgobin

Director

Deepak offers over two decades of leadership experience across government, private sector and international institutions. As Minister of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation of the Republic of Mauritius (2019–2024), he spearheaded landmark digital transformation initiatives, including the nation’s first satellite launch, pioneering cybersecurity frameworks, and global innovation rankings that positioned Mauritius as Africa’s leader.
